  • Online face-to-face meetings available if requested; In-person services negotiable. Exact dates to be booked subject to availability

  • "Pay-as-you-go": You book the date only when you need it.

  • Non-disclosure agreement is welcome if required.

  • Flexible services. Happy to discuss.

Expert Witness
(upon instruction)

Gordon Kwok, the subject expert of NEC with practical experience, is happy to provide independent expert opinions and written expert witness reports on areas related to New Engineering Contract (NEC) in accordance to the instruction given.

Charges are negotiable and aligned with typical market rates.

NEC Monthly Consultation 

Offer contract specific consultation services in the format of a middle term to long term consultancy. You book the monthly service only when you need it. All contract documents, advice and issues are kept confidential. This enables you to save unnecessary costs in hiring a full time NEC contract specialists and focus your resources on project delivery.

Services include:

  • Ad-hoc consultancy services: Offer impartial and independent NEC contract advice based on your project situation and specific contract

  • Online face-to-face meetings available if requested; In-person services negotiable. Exact dates to be booked subject to availability

  • Typically 8 to 10 hours per month

  • Non-disclosure agreement is welcome if required.
